We have hired Paul for 4 different projects. He has built our deck, resided our house, expanded and remodeled our master bathroom,and remodeled our basement including putting in a bar and heated flooring. He does what he says he is going to do in a timely manner. He keeps his work area clean. I really appreciated the communication of what would be next so I was always aware of the timeline of the project. His work is impeccable and very high quality. There is a reason we have had him do so many projects. I trust him immensely.

We absolutely love our totally remodeled beautiful new master bathroom. Paul is a real craftsman; and his attention to detail, communication style, and suggestions are excellent. This was our second project with Majestic Builders. The first was a sturdy and good looking deck. And, as I write this review, his team is in our guest bathroom getting it ready for its total remodel. After that, he will work his magic on a full kitchen remodel. Apparently, we have found our with Majestic Builders. You should try them and find builder too.

We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen – Everyone who has seen it says it is gorgeous, and it is! I HIGHLY recommend Paul Rutherford of Majestic Builders. His level of accountability, ownership of the project, communication, and on time delivery is exceptional-Paul and his team completed the work 18 days early! Very rare with contract work but is the gold standard for Paul! The first of many renovations we will do together, for sure!

We hired Majestic Builders – Paul for our basement bathroom remodel/expansion in Sept. 2016. We are first time home owners and this was our first major renovation project. Our overall experience with Paul was great! I couldn’t envision had the shower addition would flow with our overall basement layout and it turned out AMAZING. The flow of the rooms look even more natural than the previous layout. The tile work was fantastic as well as the painting, etc. Great professionalism and overall work. While pricing was quoted slightly higher than other companies, I have no doubt the work would not have been as high of quality and I would not have been as satisfied (i.e. you pay for what you get and would not have been worth it to have a sub par result to save a few dollars). We will be doing future work and I’ll be hiring him again.

This team took all fear we had out of the situation. They worked with us to plan the entire project, the cost analysis was broken down into a very detailed overview allowing all billing to be reflective of the events as they occur. The labor and workers were amazing, the team some of the kindest nicest people I’ve had the privilege of meeting.
